Dear Congress Participants,
As you know, we set out to hold the 7th International Food Safety Congress on 4-5 June 2020. However, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic conditions, we had to postpone our Congress twice. Although the controlled normalization process has started in our country, as in many countries in the past, we decided to hold our congress on 3-4 November 2022 to make our guests who will attend our congress feel more comfortable and safer.
With this decision, we quickly started the work of the 7th Food Safety Congress, the only international congress in our country and region whose main theme is only "food safety"
At the 7th International Food Safety Congress, which we plan to hold with the motto of "Safe food today and in the future", together with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Ministry of Health, related public institutions, universities and professional organizations from many countries, sector representatives and non-governmental organizations, by focusing on both the present and the future, we will once again have the opportunity to evaluate the developments together.
Our efficient cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the International Association for Food Protection IAFP, which has been with us since our first congress, as well as with all stakeholders and supporting institutions, contributes to the development of our congress.
Within the scope of the 7th International Food Safety Congress, we hope that you, our esteemed participants, will appreciate the very satisfying presentations that will open our vision on new topics, trends and risks, good practice examples from the sector, new food safety and analysis technologies from leading experts from our country and many parts of the world.
We will be very happy to be with you again at our congress, which is the meeting point of Food Safety.
